Best brine I have ever used
I have used this brine on 2 different occasions. My turkeys have never been more juicy. First time was a 24 hr brine the second was a 48 hr brine. I will do the 48 hr from now on. Love the flavor

Questionable quality and packaging!
This brine smells good and may work well next week; however, it arrived in the Amazon packing completely dumped from the jar. The packaging showed no wear, but the jar lid was beat up. Go figure! Relatively expensive stuff to have that happen. Should be embarrassing for the profit makers.

Had to work extra hard to get a refund. Rather than the brine, I got a random bluetooth usb stick.
