Amazing Pan!! Excellent Price!
This crepe pan was a awesome buy. This pan heats evenly and quickly, making omelets are now a breezy. Great nonstick surface which makes cleanup a breeze. I highly recommend this pan to anyone in search of high quality cookware at an extremely reasonable price.

Great nonstick pan
Great pan with high quality! Easy to use and easy to clean. The size of 11 inch is perfect for making crepe. The pan got hot very quick over a gas stove so I had to add more water in my crepe recipe after a few tries. It’s surprisingly nonstick at all. Highly recommend!

Non Stick
Non stick, ceramic coating with wooden like handle & a "spreader." Small size. Used it to "brown up" some garlic bread on the stove top, worked well. Was a good buy!

Makes good crepes
Heats up well and even and makes a good crepe. Could not get the handle as tight as I'd like, but great price for the quality you get.

Probably not to be used with a gas range.
I bought it in September of last year (i.e. Sept. 2023) and used it a few times until last week, when the handle broke, leaving me holding the handle, while the pan and crepe were on the floor. Unexpected if you consider the price. The gas range was set at 'medium heat' (I do not think that you could cook crepes at a lower setting, and never tried); I have other, older, crepe pans, and they are still whole.Looking at the pieces, I noticed that it was the handle that cracked; the pan itself is OK, with a black layer (part of the handle) still tightly screwed onto it. The handle could probably be glued back, but Gorilla glue would cost about $5, with no guarantee that it would hold, just 'hope'. A better bet is to discard the pan and 'get a better one next time' (for example a Matfer Bourgeat 7" carbon steel crepe pan for just under $26, or a Cuisinart, or some smallish non-stick pan (anyhow, Candlemas/la Chandeleur is past, so you have plenty of time to find something better).[By the way, small crepes, 5-7", are a lot easier to make than larger ones; and you can also work with two pans at the same time.]As I said, the handle was left in my hand but it was not hot and I did not get burned.Note also that I have a gas range; the pan might be safer with a different type. Read all reviews before you buy.

Perfecta
La mejor crepera que hemos tenido. Hay que saber usarla en cuanto a temperatura y obviamente la receta importa mucho.

Well pleased
Bought this as a dosa pan for my induction hob. Excellent so far. Perfect dosas and crepes.

A good pan but NOT for dosa
A great pan for crepes and the like . Excellent build quality- great wooden handle, very decent nonstick abilities- good size abd balance. But just wrong for a dosa. To be fair generally nonstick does not work well for a dosa , but this one is particularly unsuited to even browning and giving that dosa patina, the caramelised sheen that a good dosa should have.
