The only Bobber I use.
These are the best. You can see a very soft bite with these. I know I get more fish when using them.

Great bobber overall and casts extremely well
I am not a fisherpreson that likes bobber fishing. I spend most of my time and have done so for nearly 50 years casting Texas rigs, top water lures, and crankbaits for bass. The last few years friends have me float fishing for crappie part of the time. I was used to the spherical red and white bobbers of my youth. (Yes, the had them that far back.) I found that they were terrible when cast and hard to rig so they would hold position on monofilament line. After trying many different bobbers, I was very frustrated. Finally, I ran on to these. My first thought was,"Damn, these are expensive." They are but the are worth it. they cast beautifully and are durable. Follow the instructions and they stay in place on mono. Follow the instructions and they make a good slip bobber. You won't need weighted and unweighted boobbers. These work as as either. If you insist on the tip up feature you will probably need a size larger than recommended. They are very sensitive. My smallest jig and tube won't let the bobber lay flat, half the time, if I add a crappie nibble. I don't find the tip up function very helpful; just personal preference, I laughed at the hook removal function but have found it useful, when fishing from shore and not having all the stuff that is on my little boat handy. I must still have a dozen or so assorted bobbers of other types in my panfishing bag but never use them. Those are what I loan out when friends lose their bobbers. ;-)
