Everything the buyer said. Looks great. Not to heavy but acceptable. Good shipping, quality, and fair price. Will not hold normal size candles. Not sure on oil cups will buy 11 size and try out.

Every candle holder was loose and barley get tight after fingering with it. The oil cups will not stay unless you use some sort of tack, however, the description makes it sounds as if it will just fit the oil candles on its own. I would not but this. Petter to purchase your Chanukiah in person and make sure the oil cups fit and it’s not cheap quality like this one.

I purchased two of these, one of them is perfectly fine, the other one, all of the cups are cross threaded or stripped. Most of them would not stay in. Nothing a little Loctite Red can’t fix, but I feel that the manufacturer should be doing this and not the consumer.

Sorry for yelling but I almost returned it thinking it was loose.So far, so good. I purchased it with "easy-to-open packaging". I received just the menorah in its own box, no outer packaging. It arrived with a small tear in the box. I cannot see any damage to the menorah. I will update as Hanukkah progresses.UPDATE I: I purchased both the small and medium oil candles by Ner Mitzvah which is the same brand as the menorah (link to follow). The small size do not fit properly at all and would be a horrible fire hazard. Bought this for this year Hanukkah and we love it. It looks super beautiful and very high quality.

I was so looking forward to this product when it came because it was an oil candle manta which was stated in the review the pictures showed exactly what it was and when it came it was just an ordinary candlestick holder and no oil oil fittings which was on the box very disappointed very deceiving

This menorah is cast to fit 9 wax candles. I wanted olive oil lamps, so I bought #10 glass bowls as recommended. There is a small tit on the bottom of these glass bowls for a lower centre of gravity, but they only sit precariously on top of the menorah, and its difficult to impossible to get all 9 level at the same time, and keep them in position. The slightest jarring will send one or more glass bowls flying, spilling oil &/or flame everywhere. Not safe anywhere people are located, especially children, adults, and those who are obsessive/compulsive to have things level and clean.Menorah is cast in 4 parts. For mine, the base was loose on arrival, requiring me to peel off the cardboard base and use a 10 mm wrench to tighten it up. The 9th candle light needs an adjustable wrench to squeeze the two castings together so they are tight & stable.
