I ordered this chair as a Christmas gift and loved it but the back didn't heat up properly. The seller replaced it with another one without requiring me to pay for return shipping which was going to cost me half the price of the chair. The replacement was a different color, which was fine. It was perfect and made it in time for Christmas. The chair is incredibly roomy and comfortable and the heat makes it so relaxing. I want some of these chairs now.

I use this all the time for watching my son's games. Has kept me warm. Plus it's wide and plushy so it's super comfortable. The fabric is thick. It's gotten rained on and has been in my trunk all season. No issues. The velcro wrap keeps it closed and makes it easier to carry around. Has 2 plugs for battery packs, one for the back one for the bottom

The quality of the bag you store it could definitely be better its rips easily. I had to replace mine in a month.

Requires the purchase of a battery? I guess my fault for not reading the fine print. But a $25 battery was a hidden cost on top of the chair price. So, returned it for that reason.
