I first purchased the neck and shoulder wrap due to tight muscles years after a bad car accident. It worked so well that I decided to get the lumbar wrap for days of menstrual cramping, and the occasional backache. It has worked fantastically. The best part is that you aren't tied to an electric cord all day like most heating pads. This stays warm for a while and allows you to complete your other activities while wearing it. It's not something you can hide under your clothes though. The only disadvantage is that sometimes, even when you heat it the correct amount of time, it gets too hot. This can easily be solved by not cooking it as long or wearing clothes under the wrap.

I use this wrap everyday. This is the 2nd one I've ordered. I keep one in the freezer and the other I use for heat. The warm penetrating heat helps relieve my lower back pain after a long day on my feet. I like that I can just tie it on and continue to do things around the house. It can be used on other parts of the body as well.

I have a very old wrap by Herbal Concepts that has served me well.I bought this one because I liked the fabric and color. It stays tied very well and the velour fabric is very soft and nice. The wrap works well each morning to "unstiffen" my back when heated in the microwave.

This really helps my lower back pain. I grew up always locking my knees, which arched my back and I have been working to correct this. I don't even need to heat it up (unless I'm in pain at the time). I like to use it as therapy for my back. While I'm cooking or cleaning (standing) I like to tie it on just for the weight and it relieves a lot of pressure.

I have used Herbal Concepts Heat Wraps for years. My last one lasted a good five years! Not only do they hold the heat, it is a gentle heat (much preferred over electric heating pads). sooo soft and smell isnt strong yet doesnt have that weird heated moldy smell like others, easy to use on neck or back or legs but even in freezer all night it just wont get cold. just a tad chilly and that lasts like 10 min.i got it to use as a cold pack but will keep it for a hot pack

I have two for myself and one for my husband. Herbal concepts calming scents and soft covers are amazing. After my husband burnt my last one in the microwave, I had to order another one!!
