I got this for my young grandson for Christmas. He's new to the sport and will love this, no doubt. I suppose it will suffice in its purpose, but overall I was a little disappointed this time. It looks VERY homemade, I doubt the ball sockets will retain a ball the first time a door is slammed (they need to be a bit wider in diameter), it smelled of fresh paint right out of the box (even felt like it needed to sit in the sun for awhile more), and unless you're lucky enough to hit a stud in the wall I'm not sure it will stay up there once it gets loaded up (I would make sure of this, but I won't be putting it up for him … probably his other grandfather). It comes with mounting screws, so that's a plus.

I bought this to display 3, signed wooden bats that I had accumulated during my youth. They are full-size, wooden bats. unfortunately, this display bunches them together. There is not enough room for the butts of the bat to rest comfortably at the top of the rack and the barrel of each bat is touching at the bottom. They don't hang in a parallel fashion, they look more like a pyramid. They are probably fine for aluminum bats or smaller bats, but not for MLB, wooden bats. Wish I'd dug a little deeper before purchasing.

worked exactly as we wanted it to. You can display two baseballs and three, yes three bats. It is advertised for hanging two bats (I think?). However, based upon the distance between the pegs you can actually hang three bats. My son and I liked it so much we bought a second one. My son (12 years old) is a baseball fanatic!

top part was stapled to the back not very sturdy screws included were way too long. smelled like paint but was wrappedI made it work
