I've stopped taking them after 3 days, they made me feel very tired all day.

I like its simple form. It give that smooth feeling of energy and alertness coupled with a sound sleep.

Been taking now for 3 weeks haven’t noticed any changes so will keep taking and see if anything does improve

I bought these for a friend .. it's a bit early to tell because they only come a few days ago so will need a while for it to reach optimum benefit, but we both believe that ashwaganda is a good product so are expecting it to be efficacious

Did notice some benefits, the capsules are nice if you just swallow them wouldn’t recommend to use the powder in drinks as the taste isn’t very good. Overall good little product

The label says that this is formulated in England, which is an indicator of quality.Overall, these do make one feel relaxed but energised. I probably need to get another bottle to know the full impact but suffice to say that after one bottle I feel comfortable recommending them.
