I had one very similar to it since 1982 and used it almost every day and it lasted till 2018 this did not make it a year and half. The company did nothing about it and said it was out of warranty. I will never deal with this company again

I used this for years at Fred Meyer and it never even needed maintenance!!!
I can't believe I found this selling on amazon I was thinking I would have to go to some commercial website to find it. So I'm a bit of a handyman, do-it-yourselfer, and tiny home/mobile living enthusiast. And I remember this thing from when I worked as a jeweler at Fred Meyers. I must have used this thing on average of 30 times a day in a 8 hour shift for YEARS and it NEVER need maintenance. I LOVED this thing. I would even use it to clean my stainless steel mess sets I brought my meals in. This thing is crazy easy to use. I must have learned everything there was about it on the first day i was introduced to it.So I am really wanting to buy one of these now instead of a dishwasher and make a really nice setup in the kitchen for it building out a nice cupboard for it and extending the spout on it as it would be positioned over a deep stainless steel sink. The reason for this is the actual sanitation that occurs in a dishwasher is the steaming cycle. The grime and all that builds up and can get caked on pots and pans and various other things all can be taken care of with this. And since I have a really nice battery bank for solar it will cost no money to run AND it used WAY LESS water then a dishwasher would cleaning TWICE as many things. This thing can power through anything. Just be controlled with your distance from the spout of the steamer and your golden.My personal taste is for titanium and stainless steel plates and silverware, pot and pans and all that, stuff that lasts at least 3 lifetimes, all of which is perfect for this steamer to clean. However you could use pretty much anything that's dishwasher safe with it.Oh and for jewellery there is comparison to how superior this thing is to anything else of it's kind, Just make sure you aren't blasting anything with loose stones too close to the spout, or you can blast them right out of their setting. A lot of times grime gets packed in between the settings and the stones giving the illusion that a stone is tight, so I would recommend cleaning them in a sonic cleaner (depending on the type of stone that is, be sure to look up what's safe to sonic clean AND with what type of solution) with the proper solution and setting on the cleaner.So yeah, this thing has to be engineered to perfection. I promise you this thing will last a life time and you will never see a problem with it so long as you don't do it harm that is. I just really love this steamer and can't seem to say enough good things about it.

The unit spit out a BLACK GUNK!!! I have cycled20 gallons of water still blowing out BLACK GUNK!!!
POOR Quality Control!!Unit was set for 35 lbs when FACTORY setting was sUPPOSED to be 75lbs!!
