Didn't come with an owners manual but seller sent me the proper link and we printed it without any problems. I don't know enough about computer s to rate and we basically only 7sr it for videos n music, web surfing and it works great so far

A BIG SCREEN LAPTOP HP COMPUTER
I have not yet set up touch screen, but will do so soon.First, I want to say my computer was promised on Saturday,but I got it on Friday! WOW!It was user friendly to someone who is not technically savy as far as setting it up. I thought I'd need help but didnot. There is tech support, but the directions were easy to follow, so Ididn't need it. I may use it to set up the touch screen. I bought a 17" HPlaptop because I wanted a big screen to do 300 piece jigsaw puzzles.I love my new computer.

Great Laptop
Just got my renewed HP 17.3" laptop & it is amazing. I was hesitant to purchase a renewed laptop & decided to go for it & very grateful I did. So far there are no issues, it runs like a gem & perfect for my job that I do being on the computer 8 hrs a day & need the efficiency of which this computer has. Definitely, worth taking the challenge, it is well worth it!

OKAY SO FAR
works okay so far. I know it was renewed but it had NO start up instructions or instructions of any kind. NO receipt!

BAD PURCHASE
I didn't have this computer very long ( maybe a month} before I started having problems with the fan. It would come on high as soon as you booted up the computer and sometimes would not shut off until you finished using the computer. It is very noisy and irritating to listen to. Then when I turned on the laptop I would get a message about how this could damage the computer and now I can't even get the computer to boot up. I loved this laptop when I purchased it as it had everything I wanted but now It is just so much JUNK!! Please don't buy from this seller as you may just be throwing your money away..

It comes fully charge and it talks back to you
I so love this labtop and the crazy thing is that its my very first one to own. I was a little hesitant after purchasing it cause I didn't see the small print that says "renew" . Which I open and did not see not 1 strach or worn. So basically it was a brand new item
