A great gift for men. I gave this weighted vest to my husband for Father's Day. He works out regularly. It's an excellent addition to his fitness routine.

Fill the sand bags carefully. If you use sand. Tape them tight so they fit. If you can, fill one, get it to the right size and weight and make sure it fits. Then fill them by weight, tape them all around. I added some old wrenches to the poaches also get more weight. Thinking about making lead inserts and then dipping them in plastic or filled iron pipe. I held the weight vest and bars in one hand and the total was under a pound and a half! The weights in the vest were supposed to be 50 -100 pounds!!! Very bad description and very bad price! My 16 oz bottle of Water weighs more than this vest and weights!

this product does not come with any kind of weights at all. you only get the vest.
