Right out of the package, I could feel the quality of the cotton in these pajamas. They are thicker than a lot of the pj's I've purchased. These are soft, well-made, adorable, fit true to size, and my only wish is that they were made in the U.S. of A! I will definitely order this brand for future purchases and hope that their quality stays the same.
