Very very soft pencil (not recommended for summer months or in humidity, it will run) and you use it up quickly for the price paid. But, oh, this stunning dark brown color is unmatched and beautiful. Where’s Benefit’s “She-laq” waterproofer when you need it?
This eyeliner is the only pencil that I have had in my entire lifetime that actually applies easily.
