At the time of this review this pillow spray is £18.00 for 100ml which is about right for a luxury pillow spray. It is well packaged and does have a luxurious feel to it, even down to the feel of the bottle. The super sleep scent is lovely, extremely relaxing and such a calming smell. I spray this every night on my pillows and bed to ensure a good nights sleep. One thing i have found with this though, i dont think the scent lasts for long. Within about 30 minutes i find i can no longer smell it which is a little disappointing but at that point im so relaxed maybe it doesnt matter.

I use it in my bedroom before going to bed and it definitely helps me to drift off into a peaceful sleep.The spray is also vegan and cruelty-free, which is important to me as an animal lover. It's also bottled in the UK, which is reassuring to know that it's produced ethically and in an environmentally friendly way.I was a bit worried that the spray might be too strong, but it isn't at all. I use it in my living room and it's not overpowering, and it's actually quite pleasant and calming. I find that it really helps to reduce my stress and anxiety levels, often within minutes after spraying it.

For my nose, this blend of essential oils is a bit peculiar probably due to the proportions of each oil used. The fragrance is deep and musty with a prominent rubber odour and lasting metallic aftertaste.This is a dry oil room mist and has an oily texture when it is sprayed onto a surface.It takes some time to evaporate leaving a thin film coating that is slightly viscid to touch.I had used dry oil mists before and they do tend to evaporate quickly unlike this one.The overall scent is camphoraceous and would work for some people but for me, it is too close to turpentine.

I think this type of scent definitely helps me to get calmer and tone down my anxiety, especially during night time, but at the same time I think you just need to find the right scent for yourself as lavender works for me but for others might be more or vanilla or rosemary.

My first reaction to this spray was that it stinks terrible, but once it dries it becomes mellow and smells of dried lavender. It does have a relaxing effect and I will continue to use it as the more you breathe it in the more you get use to it. Only one issue is that the spray is much more of a squirt of liquid rather than a mist and I will have to apply way before going to bed or lie on a soggy pillow.
