Just a quick 5-8 minute setup - unpack, insert the poles, inflate the ring, fill the MadCat up with water.Now, I'll be frank. When I first took it out of the box, it seemed a bit on the small side. But, once it was all set up and filled with water, it turned out to be way larger than I thought. Plenty of space for a heavy 6.1 feet gentleman.I also measured it. The top diameter with inflatable ring clocks in at a solid 85cm, while bottom is smaller around 80cm. In terms of height, including the white inflatable portion, it reaches about 74cm. I wouldn't say you need any bigger ice bath than MadCat unless you intend to have a pool party in it. YOLOOverall, a good buy. It is simple and easy to assemble & it feels really sturdy once filled up, also at a good price. If you worry about size it's spacious for 14.5 stone, 6.1 man to go mad, and get fully submerged in cold water. Felt great afterwards (not so great when I was in it)Hope this helps!

Really impressed! Comes with all of the kit specified including a thermometer. Feels really good quality, for reference it has a similar material to those inflatable lazy-spas that have become popular.Really easy to assemble, comes with an easy card/guide on how to put together and takes no more than 5 minutes for one person.No signs of leakage and isn’t too much of an eye sore in the garden.Really pleased! For the price point I don’t think you’ll find much better!

Pod is good and sturdy.However the top tube and the tube for the thermal lid are impossible to inflate fully meaning the remain out of shape.Hand pump broke on first use.

Bought after looking at the reviews. Not sure if I’ve just got a faulty one but after following, the extremely minimal instructions, the ice bath won’t take the circular shape after blowing up the top ring, becomes a pentagon rather than a circle, meaning the circular lid won’t fit on. Will be sending back as terribly designed
