Lovely candles, terrible delivery
This is how they arrived....squashed, no packaging material used. Spent half hour with Amazon CS live chat, no offer of refund or gift voucher, they asked me to send them back for a replacement or place another order. And this is with Prime (paid, not free trial). The candles themselves are lovely but could not give as gift.
