PANATEA Double Wall Glass Bowl

I ordered two of these bowls, both bowls had near identical imperfections on the outer bottom about 2 mm in diameter. The imperfections look like combo of extra melted glass or a nick. This might be a byproduct of the manufacturing process, but I've bought glass matcha bowls before and other glassware. I have not experienced this with glassware before, even with cheap glassware.

Decided to give this a try instead of using a decades old large coffee mug for matcha. First off, I was surprised at how thin the glass is, but has held up well to ten trips through the microwave heating the tea water. This bowl is somewhat slick when wet and very much so when dry, requiring two hands almost all the time unlike the trusty old coffee mug. Deducted one star due to thin glass and lack of tackiness on the outside.

Great for Macha tea. We bought a second as the double wall glass insulates well.
