For the price, this is absolutely adorable. This arrives completely unassembled and took me about an hour to put together. (The instructions are not all that great in my opinion.) Once you get started with it and start figuring it out, it goes a little faster. The description says its very sturdy, and to me it is somewhat sturdy. I don't see it breaking apart as the pieces fit together fairly tight. However, the roof is not made of molded plastic but is instead cardboard that you will need to fashion into place with "tabs" that fit into each other. And it literally just "sits" on the top of the house. My 3 year old will at some point yank this off. Some of the tabs on the cardboard are tough to push through and you really need to make sure that you fold along the lines very tightly. I didn't and it's evident in one of my pictures where you can see a big gap on one of the roof pics. Also, the doll that I received has a dress that is literally falling apart. I had to glue the fabric in place. So, yes, this is definitely cheaply made. It's not like this will last forever, that's for sure. BUT, its just so darn cute! Since she'll only be playing with this periodically when she visits, I think it will be fine for my purposes. The whole thing is really cute and my granddaughter is going to lose her mind when she sees this. For the low price, and an hour of your time, its worth it for however long it may last!

We ordered the 7-room dollhouse (the biggest one). We have looked at and researched many different dollhouses. My daughter is 2 ½ years old and has a play castle and a Peppa house with little figurines that she plays with daily. She always asks if we can visit a large house/castle and just loves them so much. We thought she would go nuts over having a large toy dollhouse to herself!The dollhouses available all range from different sizes to different prices. Some come with furniture and figurines; some only come with the playhouse. What I’ve found is this one, being a 7-room dollhouse with a slide and stairs, is not expensive compared to other brands of dollhouses with the same elements! This one is aesthetically pleasing, and I think my daughter is just going to love this! We’re waiting to put it together before we let her see it/play with it, so I will come back and update my response if there are any negative comments to be added. However, this looks like an amazing toy that any young child would LOVE to have! It’s a great price for parents, too!

This set comes with SO SO MANY parts! All the furniture, all the walls and floors for the house, so many accessories, etc. It's a ridiculous amount of stuff, and my kids are here for it! It took so long to put it all together, but now that it's done they are absolutely over the moon about it! And, they have created lego creatures to be in the house as well, since there are so many rooms... They are having a blast!

The pictures make it seem a lot bigger than it actually is. Seems durable, but is more like a puzzle.

This is a great gift for young kids and is labeled as 3+ but there is a lot of small parts and a lot of assembly that requires an adult to assist.Everything is well finished and the colors are bright. The dolls are also well finished and look great.The biggest problem is that kids will lose interest while your assembling so put it together ahead of time to save the heartache.

Very cute dollhouse. A LOT of pieces so it takes a long time to assemble the dollhouse. The roof is not the same material as the house. It is cardboard that kind of sits on top of the house.

This is a very nice little playhouse. Prepare for the assembly, it comes with many parts to put together, but is well worth the money. It comes with everything you need for your playhouse. Get ready for hours of fun with your child!

This doll house is unassembled. It has 392 pieces, not all pieces are furniture.The plastic seems sturdy, almost the same plastic as Mattel©. If you order this, please order ahead of time, in order to assemble (give yourself a few days!), Because children are usually impatient. Packaged well, no pieces seem to be missing or broken. The box is quite cute and as an adult I was even excited to see the contents. The figurines are very aesthetically pleasing. It comes with a cute little play yard that is not usually included with dollhouses.I gave four stars only because there are so many pieces to put together.
