Discount Ramps Mobility Power Chair Transport Cover, Black Nylon, Modern Style, Up to 134" Perimeter, AL500 Harmar Compatible, Made in USA

We purchased this cover in April 2016 and it's now July 2019. We have a Toyota Sienna van and we travel up to 9 hours at a time with no issues. Heavy rains, winds, etc... have never been an issue. We have a Permobil chair, reclines, etc.. The cover is now a bit faded and worn in places. Showing signs of age, stress and I'm about to order another just like it. We have taken pretty good care of it. One caution I'd advise is to insure no jagged edges on the chair. Make sure your head rest and adjusters on the chair do not increase potential for puncture. Sometimes we have placed an old towel over these areas for extra wear protection. Our chair has never gotten wet in the heaviest of storms. We travel to Cincinnati Children's twice a year and we live in the south. So we've seen frigid cold to blistering summer. I think the only risk you'll have with any cover is puncture risks with any hard shapes on your chair so be mindful of that. Mainly focus on the high points and you'll be good. This cover is made from heavy enough material. Feels like it will hold up. Has plenty of buckles for securing it. Large sizes more than covers the power chair. Wish it had some sort of waterproof bag for storage. It's size makes it difficult to fold and bulky to store. And when it is wet you don't want to just throw it in the back of the car at stops.Update: Living in Florida I get plenty of chances to test the effectiveness of this cover. Have driven over an hour through nonstop rain, some of it very heavy and although the cover was wet the chair was not. Still holding up well and I found a reusable shopping bag that I use to store it in.

Excellent. We did two long distance drives in one month (Florida and return-2400 miles,St. Louis and return -1800 miles) and the cover kept my power hair clean and dry. It has velcro and snaps in each corner to prevent wind from lifting g up the cover at 70 mph.

My husband hates it. It is too hard to put on. He has to lay on the ground in parking lots to attach the straps. He also hates the company logo - huge. It doesn't represent us, the chair or the lift, it's just a big ad. It does fit my Jiffy chair and elec. lift, but I'm not sure if it will protect it completely in traveling through rain and for being so hard to put on, it should.

Fit perfectly! I wish the inside of it was made with softer material so when it vibrates from the wind while driving down the road it doesn't scratch up my chair. If it was different on the inside it would be a 5 star!

It meets our requirement to cover a power chair transported on a lift attached behind our truck. However, there were no instructions on how to place the straps to tie it down, so we did it as best we could, redneck style.
