This is a great and easy to use product! I bought a set for my mother who's in her late 80s, then decided that I wanted them, too. The magnets are easy to click together and are very strong -- I don't feel like I have to worry about my necklace falling off because the magnet was weak. I'll be buying more because it makes putting on my necklaces a snap so I want all of my necklaces to have this. I highly recommend this style!

I bought these more to add a little extra length. All the extenders I've found added too much. This provided a perfect extension. Additionally, I've come to appreciate the unique magnetic aspect. I tried some magnetic clasps in the past... wasn't impressed. But these work great. Once connected, they stay put; until you take them apart. Easy connect, solid connection, easy off.

Magnets are strong and secure, a great choice for anyone who hates struggling with Spring Ring, Lobster Claw or other 'fussy' clasps. Also great if you need a couple of inches more length on a particular necklace. Not wildly attractive when attached to your necklace, but nice and flat under a collar or inside a blouse neckline.' (I just wouldn't use them with a lower, more open neckline where you can see them.) I have these in both silver and gold, and they are good quality and worth the price.

The jump ring closures on necklaces are so hard for me to manage - connecting this magnet clasp made it so easy to put on and remove necklaces. I will be ordering more!If you have a lightweight chain with no pendant, be warned that the magnet clasp will tend to fall around to the front - otherwise perfect - and still worth it for the easier closure.

I bought these in 2015 and have had such success with the magnets that I came back to buy some more. I hope they’re still as good. The magnets have not failed; I just have more necklaces and need more clasps. You do have to make sure you get it snapped securely in place - you can tug on it to make sure. I’ve had no issues with these over the last 6 years. The one drawback is that the finish wears off, as you can see in the photo. But my biggest need is secure magnets that are easy to use (might take a few times to get the hang of it, but then they’re a snap), so for my money, these are perfect.

I wrote a review on these before, said I 'll buy more.. I did.. The best magnetic clips clasps!! Not heavy not too big , no pulling themselves to the front like the others or pulling your necklaces out of place like w the other large ones.. They Make wearing my necklaces and wrist bands a snap. no chance of jewelry loss...If a clam clasp closure can hold your jewelry this one will.. It's not so simple to unclasp .. You need to willfully hold both side and twist to take off your jewelry.. So security is there.. I have not had one problem and have been using these for almost a year now. Tarnishing or irritation has not happened with them even when sweating, something that was an issue w the heavy other thread down magnetic ones..

These clasps are ingenious and they work very well. The fact that they are small and lie flat is a bonus. I would not trust them with anything heavy because the actual magnets are fairly small.Although I like the concept, the plating on the SILVER colored ones started to wear off almost instantly – down to bronze colored metal. I have not worn any of the GOLD colored ones more than once, so I cannot speak for the plating – but they are a terrible “gold tone” that does not match any gold or gold colored jewelry I have. I don’t know how to describe the color – maybe a “brassy gold” color.I wish I could heartily recommend these clasps, but I am only able to give them 1 star because of the plating on the silver ones and the color of the gold ones. As far as function I would give them 3 stars – not 5 stars based on how small the magnets are and how I feel that other than light weight pieces of jewelry the clasps probably can’t be trusted. I have used them on several bracelets and somehow just in moving around and handling things I have had the clasps come open – because they were probably “touched” in just the wrong way. After that happened more than once I decided to use them only on bracelets that I would not be heart broken to lose.

but they are not very strong of magnet and are not super easy to work them, you have to have fingernails. Nice for a bracelet but not that great for a necklace where you hook behind your head - most of the time.

These are great magnetic clasps for dainty necklaces that are difficult to get on or for any necklace if you happen to have arthritic hands like I do. What I especially like is that they’re lightweight and sit flat against the skin, unlike the drum-like magnetic clasps I’ve tried in the past. I wish they were a shinier, more silver-like finish but I’m not disappointed in them at all. Easy to open and close and, so far at least, not prone to getting caught in clothing or hair and coming undone (even though they don’t actually “lock”).

Added these to all my layered necklaces.....makes it so much easier to put them on each day!

These clasps are very strong and stay shut. I, deliberately ordered the smaller size, as I wanted them for bracelets, and vey dainty necklaces. They are discreet, and function perfectly.
