This works! It started to straighten out my toe. Easier to wear without shoes but you can wear shoes with it. Wish there were smaller sizes.

I developed a painful bunion/corn between two toes. After it dissolved, I started wearing this to prevent my toes from rubbing together. It is thicker than I anticipated so it feels odd. But as it warms up it softens and becomes more comfortable. And I got used to it. I also got some that are thin fabric wraps. They are more comfortabel but won't last as long. It is important to wear the right size on these. I thought the medium would be right but it became very painful on the bottom of my toe. But when I wear the big size, that is not a problem.

Although the product looked soft and protective, when I wore it, it actually made my toe pain worse.I have found other products which offer relief (on Amazon and CVS).

I have extremely narrow feet and long toes. I slept with it for one night then decided to start wearing for an hour or more when awake at home instead.Only took a few wears to see a significant difference in my toe curvature.
