Great customer service - Good Product for price point!
Updated Review:This is an update to my original review (included below). When I first received the Lionscool Roman Chair, it had several manufacturing issues: the chair was very unstable, and three of the pre-drilled holes didn’t align properly. After sharing my initial feedback, a company representative reached out and offered support. After a few messages back and forth, they sent me a replacement chair. The new one was much improved. While the hip support is still slightly wobbly, it’s nowhere near as bad as the first chair. Based on this, I believe the problem lies with their manufacturing partner, not the company itself. At this price point, I’d rate the chair a solid 4/5. It’s a good option for a home gym, especially considering the company's outstanding customer service.Original Review (09/24):Pre-drilled holes don’t line up. The hip support part is so wobbly it's unsafe. This thing is an accident waiting to happen.

Important to assemble correctly
Make sure you tighten the bolts tight until the rotating parts do so tightly and not wobbly. With that, the chair should be solid and strong. It's a great Roman chair.

Great Product
Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to assemble. The only problem I had was the foot plate was not supporting my heels. I’m 5ft3. I’m too short for It but I fixed it by adding an 1inch wood block underneath the foot plate where the heels sit. Now it’s perfect for me. When I tried it at first it had a wobble. It was just my basement floor. I moved it to level spot. Perfect!I wouldn’t put this on a carpet. It needs a sturdy foundation.

I weigh 235lbs and it supports me well!
I took extra care in putting this together to make sure all the bolts were tight. It comes with a flat wrench but I recommend using a socket to get the bolts tight. It was a bit wobbly before I tightened everything, now it feels rock solid. Take the extra time to do the assembly right and don't miss anything. It's worth the effort.

Very unstable. Does not feel safe
The media could not be loaded. I was enthusiastic about receiving the bench.Instructions are pretty clear.I very much wanted a full plate base with turned up edge at back. Closely resembling commercial style units I’ve used.Padding is decent, paint is good, metal plate is solid. Pop pins seems good. After assembly I gave it a quick try and noticed quite a bit of wobble and clicking.I tighten all the bolts again. The same thing, you can hear the clicking in the video. The front piece that inserts into the base for support is far far to narrow, you can see in picture. The bolts that connect, extend much further than they should. This is what is causing the wobble and clicking sound.I am intentionally shifting my weight side to side to, to simulate how I might actually use it.The design of the attachment at the base is flawed from the start. After testing, tightening bolts, and testing again; the bolts loosened up.The idea of the bench is a good one, I can’t believe this connection got passed their internal quality control if they have one.I immediately disassembled and am waiting for it to be picked up.Will be buying a more expensive bench that I don’t have to worry about.

Love it.
Sturdy enough for me. Wish the bolts were a bit longer. You really have to tighten it them down to get rid of lateral play.

Bad kit with broken parts
Hardware in this kit was substandard, specifically the nutserts in the pads broke away from the wood and we're unusable. I spent several hours repairing it so it would work. very bad kit.

Awesome.
For the price point, this thing is a lot more than I expected. The directions were perfect. Only negative thing was no leg brace. I didn’t realize that it didn’t have that bar that went behind your legs.. so staying on it isn’t convenient. I made the ledge bigger with a chunk of 4 x 4 seems to be just enough to keep my feet from slipping off, but for the price, I would buy it again.
