This knife not only looks beautiful (i hate putting it away in a drawer) it cuts precisely and finely every time and so far after 6 weeks of use, there has been no need to sharpen. I will be trying to add other knives from this range and hopefully find a way to display them suitably as well.

I purchased this knife to replace a broken butchers knife and have not looked back. It is sharp, stylish and works well with both raw meat and for carving.

Lovely looking knifes, sharp as you would hope. Unfortunately one of mine has broken at the handle cutting butter from the fridge. No customer service to speak to which is frustrating

This set of knives were really beautiful and excellent to use. They are both balanced well and fit my hand well. The blades are sharp out of the box, thoughtfully provided with tip covers. I can tell these knives will serve me well and for years, pricey but not ridiculous. I can’t see that I’ll need to buy more knives for a long time.

The knives have a definite aesthetic appeal. They were not razor sharp as we expected however they are still above the average kitchen knife in sharpness. Good all round buy especially if you can get them on any Amazon offers which come and go.
