Very low quality, awful , it doesn’t work even for the first time , I throw it out . Wasting money totally

Received a defect Product. One Walkie Talkie is not working. The seller sent a damaged product. Even the MRP on the pack has been teared. Look at the packing. It looks like some one has used and damaged. Even the screwdriver inside the box is not present I had initiated for Return and Replacement. Even that has been cancelled from their end. Seller is making money by sending defect products Very bad. Loss of money.
