I thought I would try this in place of my morning coffee.I don't know if it has the effects claimed in the description, as I only drank it a couple days and then went back to coffee.I prefer the taste of black coffee, so tea is hard to swollow.If you are a tea drinker, then I am sure you will find this enjoyable, the aroma is very pleasant.
