I can't speak for people with severe depression but Semde has helped me immensely during low points. Sometimes, a string of bad luck piles up and it feels like the world is against you. And I never wanted to try prescription pills. That just seems overkill.After a friend told me about it, Semde seemed like a good fit. Not only is it all natural, but I don't have to worry about becoming addicted or anything like that. And the results have been great. Whenever I'm feeling down and need that extra push to move forward, Semde gives me exactly what I need. I highly recommend it.

I used Semde in the morning together with Agar 35 in the evening for a number of months and found the combination to be remarkably effective. I slept much better and had more alert focused energy throughout the day. Typically you only need to take the formulas for a relatively short period of time, usually 3-6 months, until your system resets. Because there are very small amounts of so many herbs in the formulas they are considered very safe to use. I know people who have found this combination very helpful for depression.
