I've tried many different intercom/walkie talkies to be able to communicate with my elderly sisters on the far end of our house and this is by far the best one. It charges in the base, it's very clear hearing (so long as it is out of the base while you communicate) and easy to use which is the most important feature, as my sisters are impaired. The minimal features makes it a breeze to use.I've only used it for about 4 days or so, but unless something changes, this is worth the cost.

The product instructions are not great. After multiple attempts to set up they still do not work. They pick up interference from other sources and make loud noise constantly not a fan. I am going to initiate a return

I got this product to use between my dad who is downstairs and me upstairs. He is recuperating from an illness and is not quite mobile yet. I was excited to get it based on the reviews I read. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong in using it but it emits jarring static noises every so often and I can hear partial conversations from people outside this household. I’m a little disappointed with this product - so far it hasn’t proven that be too useful.

I bought these as a backup system to a video monitor, these turned out better as a stand-alone system. Pretty pleased with the range and ease of set-up. Very much hassle-free and straight forward communications.
