Top Bright makes another great toy
When I saw that a brand I trust has released a fun toy, I had to get it! It was a big hit right away...the concept, the colors, and of course the diverse ethnic representation were all points of excitement for the kids.I did notice that because the magnetic pen is completely flat, the magnetic force only works if the pen is held perpendicular to the toy. It doesn't work properly if the pen is at an angle because the walls of the pen block the magnetism. I realize that requires kids to be more precise and that can lead to frustration, but the entire toy itself works on fine motor skills so I see it as part of the lesson. Also, this is marketed as being for ages 3-5 so keep that in mind to avoid frustrating the kids below age 3.

Love it
My little one loves trash truck, trash trucks, everything trash trucks. 3 year old can do this. 4 year old also likes it. The pieces pick up easy. The wand picks up one at a time. Love it

Creative and education toy
This well-made educational toy gets a 5 star-plus rating! It is a sturdy wooden toy with a unique way of teaching a combination of skills while playing. There are no small parts to pick-up, get lost, or find their way into the mouth of a curious toddler. The clear plexi cover on the toy encases all the small pieces eliminating the danger of ingesting the pieces. The attached "magic" wand is great for eye-hand coordination as the child uses the wand to move all of different the pieces into the correct containers that are color coordinated. Fun and great teaching toy.

My grandkids love it!
This is great for the kid in your life who loves trash trucks or sorting! Great for fine motor skills too. You need not worry about losing a ton of little pieces and is perfect for the target age. However, all the grands here, aged 2-16, love it. I even like playing with it! It’s great for car rides or focus time or interactive play with the younger ones. There are so many things to talk about when playing with them. All around good toy!

Fun for the boys
I got this for the twin boys in my life and they love to play this magnetic sort game. It is made out of wood and can be carried in the car, a restaurant or on a plane for a fun, screen free time of sorts and counting. They are obsessed with these types of counting and sorting games. It is well made and would also make a great gift. You never need to worry about loosing the pieces.

Arrived broken…
My son loves garbage trucks, so I thought this would be a great toy for him to help him with his dexterity and sorting. This toy arrived with the little garbage truck arm broken as you can see in the photo. My son was able to sort the pieces in to the trash can once. The broken sorting arm moved and now it is blocking the trashcan and we can no longer get the pieces out anymore. Although this is a cute concept, the amount of trash pieces to sort out is minimal and my two-year-old breezes through it quickly. This doesn’t hold my attention for nearly as long as I hoped, and now with the broken piece, it holds even less attention. I’d pass on this item if you’re looking at this.

Well crafted magnetic sorting toy
This is a very nicely made sorting game. Everything is contained behind the plastic, and the wood is nice and sturdy. The different sorting bins are clearly designated. I like the simplicity of the design. This would be a nice stimulating non-electronic toy for young minds.
