The only thing that's wrong with it is that the eye massage does not light up anymore

I have purchased 3 of these and not one has worked past the initial 12 hour charge.Two worked for two sessions and one never worked. They do not have a customer service number, website or email. Unfortunately, I saved them for Christmas gifts so the return date closed. Amazon tried to help, but couldn't reach the company either.Save your money and time!

I hope this isn't just my imagination...I do use retin A at night, and vitamin c serum in the morning. (budget brand, DIY recipe by Dr. Axe, very easy to make). I did recently begin to use glycolic acid underneath the c serum in the a.m. So, the results I'm seeing could be from that alone. Lip lines have diminished considerably, dark circles under eyes seem lighter, and i feel like i can hold off doing a TCA peel for a while. (I also do my own TCA peels. Platinum Skin Care has great products, a great website, and live people that answer the phone! I am not connected to Dr. Axe or Platinum in any way.) I offer this info because I know how expensive products, and in office treatments can be. I'm actually happier with my skin than I was 15 years ago. To get back on track - I like the device very much, am thinking of buying another one before the price gets jacked up due to all the good reviews! Wish i'd taken before and after photos...

I've been using this radio frequency device about three times a week, and I love it. RF has been shown to increase collagen production and strengthen elastin, reducing wrinkles and contouring the face. Being able to take a dermatologist procedure and apply it in a home setting gives great control over your results at a much lower price. My favorite gel moisturizer works great as a conductor, and I use this device as part of my routine. It's very relaxing to sit down and take some time for yourself. I target my forehead, neck, and under eyes. Some burning will occur if you leave the device heavily pressed on the same spot for a long time, but otherwise there are no side effects for me. I definitely plan to use radio frequency for the long-term to maintain the benefits I’m seeing!

I love this because skincare is stressful enough just thinking what products to use, how often, and in what order. We now also have gua sha and redlight therapy and ice rolling. And this is like everything in one. I use this daily after my hyaluronic acid +vitamin c and at night after my night time routine. I apply aloe vera face mist to help it glide across my face smoothly . I start with absorb as soon as i put on my skin products, then put it in lift and apply some pressure as i would do with my gua sha. In the morning i use the cold feature to replace my ice roller. It feels heavy and good quality. And i recommend it !

RF Facial machine is sturdy and seems well built. Thorough instructions included explaining heat vs. cool and the benefits of each. I used the device for eye care and lifting, mainly to smooth fine lines and wrinkles. It’s easy to charge and use- I haven’t noticed any real difference in my face or skin yet but it’s an easy step to add to your skin care routine.

I've never rated a product I bought from Amazon, despite the fact that I might have done so many times for awful products / items on the Amazon selling marketplace. However, I feel compelled to write a review of this product. I observed an unfavorable effect on my neck and face about a month after taking this product. This product removes the fat that gives the look of youth. People are asking whether I'm ill since my face has turned bony.Second, my lymph glands, which are located on each side of my neck, are sore and require medical attention. I'm hoping that the bad consequences will be reversed.This is my experience, and I wanted to share it with anyone who was interested in using this product.BE WARNED!!!
