Recently I found out that a 16 oz cup of black tea is like.. more then 80 mg of caffine. So I got these.When you drink tea, it's 40 mg of caffine for black tea per 6oz. Green tea is half that. These help. Two cups of these and I am under 6 oz.

Bought for my daughter who is a barista. She has her own expresso machine and she absolutely loved these cups. Perfect size.

Love the cups and bamboo holder. But the cups only hold a half shot of expresso and not a full shot. Really wanted larger ones. So will use them for Sake.

Ok buy them. They are beautiful and functional. Espresso is my purpose for these but could be used for tea. The bamboo coasters and stand are a nice add. I have not used the spoons but they come with the set and look to be good quality. This would be a great gift too.

The media could not be loaded. I loved it, look great in my coffee station.

They do not block heat, therefore after a fresh espresso or tea is poured, these can get extremely hot will burn your hand.
