Women Kaftans Dresses, S-3XL, Regular to Plus Size

I have two of these from the same supplier/brand/label. I bought the first one in green and liked it. It is very light weight and comfortable. The fabric is prone to ‘static’ so it sometimes sticks to my legs and clings around my thighs and bum. Not ideal when you are trying to hide those less than shapely bits. I’m an18-20 dress size and I still find this roomy enough to wear with comfort and believe it would still be good up to size 24. Yet, the same garment looks great on my daughter who is size 12. Also I’m 5’4” and daughter is 5’8” 5’2” I think is the shortest height that you could wear this without it being a trip hazard.I was very disappointed in the blue one which I bought second, hence lower stars. The print overlay is misaligned and the finish is very poor. The colour isn’t as nice as the green either (but that personal choice I guess).I’ve kept it as it’s only for ‘out of the shower’ walking in the house but I’d be very unhappy if it was for outdoor wear or bought as a gift. But then the fabric might not be great for that anyway.Yes at the price is buy again, but knowing it’s a ‘second’.Hope my review is helpful - please press button below if it is. Many thanks

I wanted this Kaftan for lounging around at home. Instead of jogging bottoms or a dressing gown. Just for those times. I am a UK size 10/12 and 5,7”. This was a perfect length and fit for me. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that the colours are not as striking as advertised. Initially I was disappointed by this but they look quite glam on. Another customer stated that they smell when unpacked. I have to admit that they do. I washed them on a delicate cycle and just hung them on a hanger to dry. No ironing required. I think the reason they have an odour is that they are made in India and have problaby been in their plastic packaging in the hold of the aircraft, that’s all. They could also be used as a beach to bar coverup, they would be lovely for that too. Hope this is helpful.

Material was thin and felt nice, I am about 5ft and it came to just above my ankles, I purchased this because after reading the reviews rightly or wrongly I was given the impression that it came up large on some customers who suggested could get smaller size. IT IS A KIMONO AND HAS STITCHING DOWN EACH SIDE WHICH ACTUALLY SHAPED IT SO LOOKING A THE PICTURE YOU GET THE IMPRESSION IT IS A LOOSE GARMENT IT IS NOT. THAT BEING SAID I HAVE IT TO A FRIEND AND SHE LOVES IT AND IT LOOKS GOOD ALTHOUGH A BIT SHORT, SHE IS TALLER THAN ME

Before buying this kaftan, I researched many brands and read all the reviews - my main concern being I wanted a kaftan that wasn’t thin and see-through. I am really pleased with the quality of this Kaftan. The fabric falls nicely and is NOT see through. The pattern was a bit bolder than I thought, particularly around the neck but I’m used to it now. I ordered one in red and subsequently two in the teal colour - one of those as a gift. This item has been a real bonus throughout this hot weather - it’s kept me cool and looks good on. It’s versatile and has been a ‘quick fix’ on a few occasions having been able to change quickly into something nice when family have called unexpectedly. I ordered size 10 - 16 for myself (I’m prob between 12/14 atm) and it is a nice fit - not snug just feels really comfortable. Lengthwise, I am 5’1” and in bare feet, the fabric is slightly on the ground but with sandals the length is good. I also ordered a 24-28 as a gift - that too was a lovely fit, the teal Is a lovely colour and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. This kaftan can be worn anywhere - home, garden, beach, etc., a versatile item for your wardrobe!

I bought this having read the reviews. I ordered a larger size than I normally wear. This is loose but comfortably so. It reaches down below my knees but doesn't trail on the floor even barefoot, I'm 5' 6".It is made of very thin, lightweight material that is cool to wear and is not see through. The pattern is very vibrant and the neckline is rather plunging, more so than I would normally choose.It feels light and comfortable either wearing around the house, my preference, or as a nightie.It feels soft and smooth against the skin and, despite being loose fitting, it hangs well.I'm pleased with my purchase and expect it will get plenty of use on hot evenings.

I’m a size 10/12, 5ft 5” and this fits perfectly in length and very comfotable to wear. It is a ‘free size’ I guess around a size 18 tops. Purchased to throw over shorts and vest when visiting temples and religious buildings in Thailand (as you are required to cover legs and shoulders). Folds down really small and doesn’t crease no matter how tightly packed into rucksack. Also used to cover swimming costume when going down to hotel pool considerably better than wearing a hotel dressing gown (in my opinion). Washes easily and dries quickly too.

I bought this kaftan as I wanted something cool but attractive to wear at home in the recent hot weather and I can't fault this. Stylish enough to wear outside and comfortable to wear indoors I couldn't have bought anything better. As an added bonus I washed it by hand (for speed), hung it on a hanger on the washing line and within about half an hour it was dry and needing NO ironing. The fabric is lightweight so would be marvelous to pack for holiday use. I thoroughly recommend this item and will be buying another colour.

To be honest I wasn't expecting much from a cheap synthetic kaftan, but I was pleasantly surprised by this. The fit is quite roomy (I'm a small person so I expected this) but the cut of the neckline was quite slim and the shaping was flattering. The length is good (ankle length on me at 5' 5"). The print is great and the colours are lovely. The fabric was softer than I expected and it washes and dries really quickly. I've had lots of compliments whilst wearing it. This is great for hot evenings (just wish we'd had more of them this summer), holidays and to throw on post swim. Love it.
