Mybecca White 100% Cotton Muslin Fabric Textile Draping Fabric Wide: 58 inch 2-Yards (4.83 Feet x 6 Feet)(58" x 72")

Ordered this product based on a few of their images. I did not realize that unbleached or "natural" meant I would receive a tan colored fabric. The image I provided is not quite "manila" file folder color and the white card stock is just for your comparison. I was not expecting a bright white stock, but was expecting a much lighter color based on ALL 7 images in the product description. Hope this is of help for the next buyer.

Good thickness, very stiff. Did not crease/wrinkle easily. Was able to drape with minimal ironing.

This is a very poor quality fabric. It's rough to the touch and it is stiff. It's unlike any muslin that I have ever purchased. It is more like a tighter woven burlap. I used it to line curtains and was was still unimpressed. It was not worth the cost.

A nice muslin. A medium weave. I use to make kitchen cloths and to make “ muslin” pattern to check fit and size before I use the main fabric I wanted. It is a good idea to wash the sizing out of it before you use it. Was pretty stiff before washing. Also used hand embroidered on. Pucker a bit but not to bad.

I've certainly seen better deals for muslin, but the price isn't bad and the quality is fine. As a side note, I've lined a couple of face masks with the (pre-washed) scraps and those have been perfectly soft and lovely.Just a heads up, for sewing mock-ups you do not want to pre-wash this muslin. It will change its texture to a much softer, more crinkley, puckery hand and it will acquire some stretch which is generally not helpful when you are trying to fit a mock-up.
