A welcome upgrade with a sleek look and quick snare operation
Lovely piece of kit. Distinct difference in sound between the areas on the front surface ie. very little snare sound leaking in to the bass notes when this is switched on. The quick snare on/off switch works well, allowing changes during songs. Curved corners add to the comfort. Upgrade from a self built model and definitely feels like a quality improvement. The black shell with dark wood was a good choice and has attracted plenty of positive comments.

This thing is going to get a slap!
Once I used the wing nut to fine tune the snare distance (when in the ‘on’ position) it became even better sounding and I wasn’t disappointed before to be honest. Quality all round. Happy with my purchase and recommend.
