Great powerbank, make sure to get a proper charging cable, do not use the included small white cable
I managed to charge up the power bank relatively quickly which got me wondering how big the actual batterys are, like I'm talking about going from 60ish that it already had on it, to 100% in like an hour or 2 tops. I charged my phone up with it for the first time that was on 37%, I stopped charging when it hit 98% and saw that the powerbank went from 100% down to 60%, so that's 40% of the powerbanks charge gone all for 61% charge of my phone that holds 3000mAH when this powerbank is supposed to be 15000.Now I get that there can be issues that "effects" the amount of charge I can get in total such as the power lost from circuit heat and voltage conversions from the battery and the charging cable and the device, but to tell me that I would be getting roughly 1 and a half charges out of something that should essentially give me about 5 charges just seems insane, perhaps if I buy some other good USB charger cable and use that instead of the one that came with it (even though I also used another cable of my own that wasn't any worse or better) then maybe I could get better results.UPDATE: I'm changing my rating from 2 star to a 4 star, I actually ended up buying a proper charging cable that cost me about 7 pounds that came in a bundle of 3, I actually can't believe the difference it's made to the charging capability, I charged my phone and noticed a hugely weird difference, I decided to wait till my phone needed a second charge before changing my review just to make sure it wasn't some weird fluke, but my phone went from 17% to 100% and the powerbank only used 15% of its charge, I used an Anker micro usb cable which really seems to have done the trick. So all in all I can say that the powerbank is great, I didn't give it a 5 star because of the simple fact that the tiny white usb cable that comes with the powerbank is absolutely useless and should not be included with it, I would rather it had no cable at all as opposed to a cable that wastes so much power and even caused my phone to get quite hot when I did actually use it to charge, whereas the Anker cables I bought actually kept my phone quite cool during the 1 and a half hours it took it to fully charge up.

Underwhelming
We had previously used this powerbank before buying it ourselves and really liked it, our experience with our own however highlighted the drawbacks. It does not hold its charge very well and struggles to get through 1 full charge per full battery pack (Should do 4). It is cumbersome and heavy and therefore you expect power from it, but it just limps to half a charge and then runs out. Maybe we just had a faulty one as family members have ones that work great, but ours didn't live up to expectations.

Cheap long lasting power..... bang
I bought two power banks around the same time and both are brilliant for different reasons. It's heavier than your mobile phone, however, batteries are heavy, that's just how it is. There's no such thing as lightweight battery technology unfortunately. My other one is heavy too. Secondly, the entire casing is plastic, however for 16 quid I just don't see many cheaper alternatives that give this kind of juice. So really, it's about weighing up what you need it for. Mine travels in my guitar case along with my other equipment as it's great for charging my phone and other bits of equipment that run off 5V. Part of my pedalboard actually runs off 5V and can run off this if I have an issue with a power supply or something.I don't think this one would be able to stand up to as much abuse as some of the others which have strong cases on them. They are designed for camping, mountain trips etc and getting thrown about a bit, however they cost a lot more money. When you consider cost vs quality, this is very much in the perfect zone. The right price and well made enough that it'll survive all but the most extreme scenarios. Great work!

Not 10000mah more like 5000mah
Charged my Samsung S23 Ultra which has a 5000mah battery.Had 26% charge. The battery pack was at 100%.My phone battery is now 96%, the charger is 27% power remaining. If this waa truly 10000mah the power remaining should be 50%+ minimum.

Reliable
Works, little thick but not so bad, charges with both micro USB and type c. Lasts a long time. The only issue is that the charge number percentage thingy works from 100% to 50% but 1% works out as 2%. So the battery dies at 50%. Can charge my s10 phone 5 times so I know the charger is working fine

Must have for any trip
Bought this for a week long camping trip and it did not disappoint. It holds its charge for a decent amount of time (was still 88% after not using it for a few months!)We now both opt for this pack if we are going on a trip as we can rely on it to fully charge our phones to 100% at least 4/5 times until it runs out. Perfect for those addicted to apps or who forget to charge their phones.
