There must have been a loss on the postage from China - but maybe not so bad after all.
"Totally non-functional. Good job it cost only £2.59." - This was my review of CF13 JL-02 on 11th Sept 2017. Since then I have learnt that relay number CF14 JL-02 is the correct one for my car. The positive and negative blades are swapped over, as Ben Shepherd found by changing the wiring in the connector block on his car on 4th September 2016, but I did not discover the problem until buying CF14 JL-02.So, probably no fault in CF13 JL-02, just the wrong one for my car. If it did work on mine by changing the wiring, it would be a bargain. CF14 JL-02 cost me £8.99 from the UK, postage included.

Good but needed to swap connections
Works really well although I had to swap the +ve and -ve electrical connections in my car. It was worth it for the price though!
