This is my first experience taking melatonin. I was talking to my doctor about my medications and thought maybe I needed to add a prescription sleep aid to the list. That’s when she asked me if I ever tried melatonin and I said no. I have heard mixed reviews from so many people and I was using other sleep aids that now have seemed to stop working as well as they used to. So, I decided to give melatonin a try.I am sugar free and so these sugar free gummies came up when I searched for sugar free options; there aren’t many which isn’t surprising as sugar is in everything. But these tasted good and even better, they worked! I was waking up at 12:30/1am and would be awake for about half an hour and the wake up again around 3 or 4. Now I wake up at 4:30 and that’s only to go to the bathroom. I am then able to fall right back to sleep and sleep until my alarm goes off at 6:45am. I am a little groggy when I get up but it passes pretty quickly. These things are a godsend!Update - I am still loving these gummies almost 3 months later! I still wake up once a night but again, that’s only bc I am needing a trip to the bathroom. What I really wanted to come back here to say is the claim about there being no grogginess in the morning, is the truth! I wake up feeling rested and have no trouble getting out of bed. Can’t recommend these gummies enough! Oh, and they taste pretty decent as far as a gummy supplement and sugar free goes.

This works so much better than other melatonin, and I'm sure it's because of the additional ingredients, which promote restfulness and calm. My body also doesn't get quickly used to this formula like I have with straight melatonin.

The nature's bounty cherry chewable has been either out of stock or was crazy expensive so I tried this. I slept really well, no weird dreams, muscles felt relaxed.

I just tried this new melatonin last night and wow. It was so yummy I can't wait to go to bed tonight for my treat. I slept really well too. I'm so happy I gave it a try.

I prefer a higher dosage of melatonin. (Of course, the dosage is on the labeling, but I wanted to try this brand as my first melatonin gummy.) At such a low dose, I had to take more than recommended. I didn’t notice a difference in my sleep latency (time it takes to fall asleep); however, I did sleep soundly.Of course, taking more than required caused me to run out faster. For that reason, I didn’t get as much bang for my buck.These may be great for someone sensitive to melatonin, but for me, they are not adequate. On the plus side, the flavor and texture are good.

Small, but tasty gummy that allows this insomniac to get a good quality nights sleep. It doesn’t relieve pain notably, but it doesn’t disturb your stomach. They perform well time after time, and are worth the money.

I used to use the sugar coated ones until I saw how much sugar was in them. I switched to these and they are great! Slowly lulls me to sleep and I sleep all night. No groggy feeling in the morning. I'll be buying them over and over again!

I take between 3-4. Seem to do the job.
