This doesn’t connect to the handles well at all and was a pain to use
I have used multiple hive carriers in the past, and I ordered this one on here. Idk why it was different, if the notches aren’t as long as others or if the angle is wrong but this thing wouldn’t carry a hive unless it was absolutely perfectly centered, and even then would slip out of the hive handles. I really couldn’t have disliked this hive carrier more to be honest..spend the extra $20 and buy the other one on Amazon!

Does not fit Telescopic Hive Tops
Overall the product is well made and I love the hinge design because it folds flat. A huge plus. The only reason I returned this is because it will not go over a standard telescopic top. If you don’t have that type top on your hives it’s wonderful. To the manufacturer make it about 3/4” wider and you will sell a lot more.

Very sturdy and folds flat!
I have used a different brand, which was great but a good bit more expensive. Decided to purchase this option, knowing I could return it, and it's really well made! The hinge is a neat design that actually allows the unit to fold up flat, which the name brand unit will not do. It's a keeper!
