Do not see too much difference in hair, however my nails are in way much better condition

Don't bother
Waste of time and money. As usual with this sort of product, grand claims are made that can't possibly be proven. The recommendation is that they're taken for an extended period of time, so wasting even more money.

Don't notice a difference
Have been using this for about a month now. Purchased because was losing lots of hair. Cannot really notice any difference. Maybe not losing that much hair anymore, but cannot say that the hair or nails looked any better. Bought another bottle thought to give this product a proper chance but maybe will look something else after i have finished with this one

I found difference in my nails but still not in my hair and skin. I use the product for 1 month now so I will write after a month

the best hair suppliment I know
It is very difficult to be catagoric and promise this will work for everyone with hair that is causing concern but I have been using thus supplement for four years now and I do not intend to stop!
