This is one of the worst items I used my hard-earned money to purchase, there is no quality to the product. The remote control squeaks every time you press any button, the connection to the TV is far distant even though my TV is closer, and, therefore, the button has to be pressed numerous times before the TV can recognize a command. It is a waste of my resources. Poor Quality, the remote does not meet the standard, poor transmission with the tv set. it is so hard to press and it makes noise when pressed.

So, we purchased another remote to our 86 inch Sony TV. We have 3 kids, so the remote gets lost ALOT. It's functional, it works, but everytime you press the up or down buttons, it clicks loud. Often times I have to press buttons more than once to get this to work. We do not use as our primary remote, it's only the backup. So, it's usable in a pinch, but I wouldn't want it for the primary remote.
