1to3 life has become a staple for me and my family. I am so happy to finally have a product that I truly like and know is made from quality ingredients. I love the taste, the lime is my favorite. I appreciate that it is clean and has very low sugar, especially compared to its competitors. I start my day with 1to3 life and always just feel better. It has helped with morning headaches, general dehydration, nights out 😬 and just makes me feel good overall. Happy to have this product in my home, it has honestly been a lifesaver for kick starting my day!

I normally buy these from the brand’s website, but decided to try Amazon for quicker shipping. Big mistake. All the packets are like solidified into clumps, I have added photos of the one I opened. All the packets feel hard, obviously this was stored improperly or something. Unfortunately, even when I tried the day I received these, they do not accept returns. Buyer beware!

I cannot speak more highly of 1to3 Life! I tried other types of hydration beverages and they were all WAY to sweet to me, and contained so much sugar, plus random ingredients. This is the cleanest I've found and it is delicious. I have tried all 3 flavors, and my personal favorite is Lemon-Lime. My husband LOVES the citrus, and my mom loves the Passion Fruit! They are all fantastic. The best part about it in my opinion is that it even TASTES clean. You can tell it isn't full of yucky stuff, and the flavor is more mild than the other types I've tried that are overly sweet.I also started drinking these about 7 months into my breastfeeding journey and it truly helped to bump my supply back up and keep my hydrated! I can't say enough good things about it. My preference during breastfeeding is to drink 2 per day! I'm at the tail end of breastfeeding now, but still high contribute the length of time I was able to do this to 1to3 Life!

This stuff is amazing! I’ve been on the hunt for a good hydration drink that’s not cloyingly sweet. 1to3 is beyond all others I’ve tried. It’s DELICIOUS and leaves me feeling energetic, hydrated, and less Bloated. I will be drinking this from now on after a night of drinking and or in the morning before I have coffee. Highly recommended!

Since the release of this product, I've been hooked. This has become my go to drink in the morning to take with my vitamins and it doesn't have that sugary after taste. I noticed my mornings are now not as groggy and there is more energy to my workouts.
