Waited until spring to use, I do not suggest anyone to buy this product as you can see it didn’t attach the way it’s supposed to Window Back to back. As you can see the rotary window broke it didn’t Hold or magnetized itself to clean the window. It fell and broke. I would love to turn this in, but I bought it in January and I should’ve found out if this crap would’ve worked or else I would’ve just sent it back. Give it a zero Rating shaking my head with this product Amazon should know better and test it their products before they sell them to the public

Avevo letto male le istruzioni, ma una volta capito bene ho scoperto un ottimo prodotto, funzionale e molto pratico! TopAttenzione non funziona su vetri oltre 30mmHo dovuto restituire perché i miei vetri sono 40mm

I've bought it to make my mother in law's life easier.Her apartment is got double glazed windows, less then 20mm thickness.The device is useless, as the outer part keeps falling, even when the magnet power is turned to the maximum.You have to move it extremely slow, almost at snail pace, in order to avoid the fall. At that speed, it's frustrating as hell and makes it inefficient.Works well on single glazed windows, but I didn't bought it for that.The device it's advertised for double glazed windows up to 30mm in thickness, but obviously it's not designed for that.Don't waste your money on it.I will ask for a refund.
