Great Product, terrible customer service
My order of these Ceramic Cereal Bowls arrived on time but I could tell when I picked up the box that something was wrong and sure enough, one of the bowls was broken. The other three were in perfect shape and they are great bowls. I checked the order status on Amazon and was directed to contact Emile Henry, which I did through email. No reply. I emailed again. No reply. I called. No reply. Now it is past the timeline for returns and I have had no response. The product is expensive for 4 bowls, but even more so for 3. It is a shame that such a great product is not backed up by equally great customer service, so it's a crapshoot whether you can trust delivery on a delicate product.
