The phone turns on and appears to be working, but when I go to view the recordings via the provided microSD, the folders are empty!! Cannot get in touch with the company. No contact info and Amazon is no help.

I was worried that it wouldn't Work but It does! The only con was the sign that says “leave us a message” was scratched and it only turns on with the control and not with the AAA batteries. Make sure to charge everything before use! Can’t wait to use it at my wedding!

One of the most memorable things from our wedding. If you have living grandparents or older family this is the best way to cherish messages from loved ones that you can listen to even when there gone.

Nothing advertised in the product worked, the phone, the sign. Customer service was rude and to top it off, you have to pay your own shipping to return. Be careful. Do not buy this product from this company.
