Vintage 1920s Headband Great Gatsby Flapper Headpiece for Women Party Costume Black

The product itself was well made, however it had poor packaging. The feathers are suppose to stand but they shipped it in plastic and folded the feather in half 😕 I shipped it back. The feathers would not stand up they were leaning down on my head.
