This is the first time that i try Eucommia and let me just say that i absolutely love it!,The smell,the taste,the benefits!.I workout mondays,tuesdays and fridays(Weightlifting and bodyweight exercises) and ever since i started using eucommia i get less muscle soreness and i am able to recover faster from other kinds of small pains in the elbows (like Bicep and tricep exercises can cause pain if not done with good form or too much weight)also less pain and stronger knees when i do exercises like squats,deadlifts and lunges.I like taking it as a tea with honey or without honey(both ways taste great to me).Overall i am satisfied with eucommia and Jing herbs.
