Theater Solutions C1 Bookshelf Center Channel Speaker Surround Sound Home Theater, Black

I was looking looking on Amazon trying to find a center speaker that I could afford. Started comparing different center speakers in the 100 dollar range then I come across the Theater solutions center speaker and seen that it was only 30 something dollars read the spec notice that it was compatible with my Polk Audio speakers. With anxiety worry I press the order button the speaker arrived the next day. surprised on how well the speaker was packaged very surprised on how well the center speaker is built very nice looking too also have some weight to it. Then I hook it up to my Sony Receiver cast some music from youtube then that's when I looked with amazement just can't believe how Clear and wide detail the sound is😊. It can get very loud with no distortion I can hear the voices on movies now Thanks Theater solutions for a awesome center peace with untouchable value.

I am no audiophile. The thought of paying $100+ for a single speaker is absurd to me. That said, this speaker exceeded all of my expectations. It is a large sturdy unit and seems very well built. It also looks nice. I hooked it up to my stereo and instantly the sound was much better. I think it would be hard to find another speaker with a better cost to value ratio.

Speaker quality is good but one of the corners is smashed in. There was no damage on the packaging so the damage had to have occurred in house and not during shipping.

I was a little disappointed in mine as when I opened it I noticed the vinyl was bubbled on the right side where it turns straight down. But I was able to fix it with my heat gun and some patience. Now it looks as nice as everyone says it does. It is a dark gray color. It is not black but the front grill is black. Speakers are mounted solid and the box does have enough heft to it to feel like a quality product. I can't speak for the sound yet as I am still gathering equipment to build my surround sound theater but I did hook it up to the right channel on my desktop system to make sure all speakers did function. I think in a small to medium theater set-up with small mains it will perform just fine. I plan to use Sony Sony SSCS5's as my mains, Mediabridge MS-BP1B as my surround high and backs and a decent subwoofer that I haven't chosen yet. Trying to build a "No speaker over a hundred" surround sound system that will sound good although it will be tough to find a decent sub for that price. So all in all now that I've got the vinyl to lay down I think for my application this center channel will work just fine. Thanks for reading. Cheers.

Tried it out last night in a lower priced system that needed a center channel for movies,(2× 8" ceiling speakers, 150w 12" sub & midgrade receiver).Speaker itself had a higher quality look and feel than I had expected,sound was decent, not awe inspiring or anything but as good, or better than I could expect for the price.Ran it for maybe 2 hours, so its still breaking in.I didn't take it apart to check out the components (yet), but depending on how it sounds as it breaks in, and what the components look like, I may get a second one for a different (better) Home Theater system in a different room.

First understand I am using these against my large ESS speakers on Left and right. 2nd I have a 10ft wide screen and needed two speakers on the top and one on bottom of screen to center the "center channel" in the screen so matching these two speakers was critical. Matching the ESS was secondary in that these will handle the bottom end and again the center channels were for dialog only (voice normally) This is a 11 channel system and I really did not have the money for an expensive set of speakers replacing the too large speakers I had in that location , after what I have already spent,That all said these sounded GREAT in my application, sounded great and matched each other very well, placing the center channel in the center of the screenMy only complaint is that the picture seems to show these have a angle on the bottom/top so if you place these on the floor or a shelf they would have some upward angle that is not the case (easy fix with some wedges under it).

Was looking for center channel for medium sized bedroom, nothin fancy just need better dialog. This was perfect fit and sounds great. Nothing compared to living room system, but for the prices can’t be beat.Highly recommend.

The other speakers overpowered this one - could be the receiver but I tried various settings. Had to return it.

Sound quality is perfect for centre speaker. Make sure you have the space because it is a little bigger than most centre speakers I was looking at but great value for the price

Looking through numerous options for a center speaker, I settled for this at the lower price end, but I have to say, the build quality seems very good and the sound quality pleases us. Recommended!

Great speaker that I hooked up to an old surround set. Larger than I thought but it fits in because it has nice finished look.

Vinyl is not set properly, and the speaker cover is not straight so it does not long up well. Sound is pretty good for the price, using it for home theatre, good bass but tweeter can easily distort sound
