One word, 'RUBBISH' Applied it to my concrete as per the instruction, Waited 1 hour. Guess what, 'No Blistering.Tried again, spread on twice the amount of the solution, and again NO BLISTERING'It doesn't work, I might as well have put a bucket of Hot Water over the floor, that would have a better result.DON'T BUY - YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY
