Product Failure
I purchased this camera Mid 2018 and used it infrequently (3 or 4 Times a Year) .Completely happy with it's performance until I went to use it recently and one of the closing clamps failed. In looking at it I couldn't find a way to repair it myself as it was a moving part and attached to the body of the camera. I attempted to contact the dealer even tho I had the product for two years, noting that they state 100% satisfaction and due to an obvious product defect. No response for dealer, I have never had this happen on any of the numerous Trail Cams I have purchased. The biggest disappointment was the lack of Dealer Response.

You may be surprised with what this camera captures
The media could not be loaded. Β I bought this camera after reading a story in the NYT Magazine recently by a writer whose father had bought a "trail cam." Hunters use them to find active game trails. But the Times story is about what is called the wildland-urban interface, or WUI, where many of us live now. I was fascinated by the story, and figured my home might be in a mini WUI, so I decided to buy my own trail camera. The Bushnell model featured in the story, however, was too expensive. Instead, I chose this BlazeVideo camera on Amazon, which was about half the price of the Bushnell. I couldn't be happier with it! It is simple to set up, and it works great. Boy, was I surprised with what it captured! I live in a fairly densely populated San Diego CA. suburb, and I never expected to find this much wildlife outside my suburban home. Maybe a skunk or a lone coyote, but not three our four coyotes at once, and not a huge bobcat. My neighbors were amazed as well. I've only had it for a few months now. I've acquired three more, too. The attached video shows just a few of what they have captured thus far. (Wait for the bobcat!) Now I am on the hunt for a mountain lion! If I get one, you may hear about it.

Trail camera must be mounted outside.
I received a request today from you for one of your customers that bought this trail camera because the motion detector was not working all the time. It just occurred to me that maybe he mounted the camera inside a window. It will not work thru glass and has to be mounted outside.

Customer service is first rate
I had a problem with the first camera I had. Talked with BlazeVideo customer support and they shipped a new working camera right away. Good pictures and videos and easy to set up.

Great support for one that came broken
I found an email address for the support team and after some explanation of my problem, I returned the defective one and the company sent a replacement. Very good product!

Really good quality game camera
I have 5 of the Blaze Brand game cameras and they have all worked fine. Long battery life and have one which runs all year round on only two sets of batteries.

Old model seems better to me
I own 2 older models of this camera bought about 3 years ago. Both of them worked great for years till one got stolen from my bear bait site. Could have been human or a bear taking it from the tree not sure. So I bought 3 new ones. Hoping for the exact same simple reliable trail camera. Can't seem to view pictures from the device itself. it keeps on freezing or not showing the picture. I want to roll up, check the pictures, delete them and put out bait for bear or deer before leaving. With these new one I can only view them on my computer with the cable it came with. That means one camera will always be home or I have to buy a memory card reader. Feel like I bought 3 but can only leave 2 in the woods at a time. Not great. . . . . . .Waited another week before returning them. Bought a memory card reader for 25 dollars but the actual cameras are not working well. I would say roughly every third picture can not be viewed even with the new memory card reader. It says image or file is corrupted. I put out deer corn and bear bait only to have no pictures of deer or bears for whole days when I see bear and deer prints on the ground. Frustrated is not a strong enough word for how I feel after packing in all that weight of food in pails.

Nice camera really bad delivery service
nice camera, shame about the BNL delivery serviceBNL just leave on your door step in the rain and snow. I would rather pay more and have the post office deliver. Hate to give the camera one star but you cant complain to Amazon and BNL dont seem to care

Easy to set up and it gets the job done
Easy to set up and it gets the job done. Picture quality is not great but is adequate for surveillance purposes outside my home. Will probably use it for hunting too.
