This massage therapist has VERY picky requirements for sandals that are comfortable, support the body, and are not ugly as sin. The arch must fit the foot, and in my case, that means very little to no arch support. Other people do need a bit more arch support, but beware the arch rise does not cause your foot to over supinate or you can end up with an ankle sprain. The very popular suede insole, featured on so many sandals but not this one, is unacceptable because it is too hot. Embossed insoles or insoles that change texture at the heel or toes drive my brain bonkers from too much stimulation in all of the wrong places and this sole is not embossed nor does it have a texture change at the toe or heel. No flip flops or slides are ever permitted because they cause plantar fasciitis and sciatica due to toe grip to keep the sandal on the foot --and they make me A LOT of money every August when women start hobbling into my practice with one or both of those offending conditions from spending their summer in their beloved flip-flops. So, here is this year's winner for my foot. Delightfully, it is actually affordable. This color is only $39.99 and the other colors are around $50.00. Granted, it is not a dress sandal, but this sandal will take you everywhere else. All the best to you for finding your perfect summer sandal. Thanks to 5 different Velcro straps, these can be customized to even fit my wide feet! They are sized as regular width, but there are three adjustable straps across the vamp/instep and two at the ankle. This gives really good fitting choices. Comfortable, look good and have good traction.

Having worn out last year's sandals, I needed a new pair before a 5-day vacation. Viakix looked like they would suit, so I ordered a pair and I was thrilled! I lived in these sandals for 5 days straight, walking in the woods, kayaking, shopping, traveling. From day one they were comfortable. There are plenty of options for adjusting to your specific foot/walking pattern. The sole is thick and shaped to hold your foot, minimizing slippage, and there's nice arch support without being too high. Strap at the back is lightly padded for comfort, and since it is also adjustable you can tighten or loosen to your comfort. Overall quality is high, they look nice on my foot and are stylish whether worn with shorts or a skirt. Communication was great with the manufacturer and I love their logo! I'll definitely be checking out Viakix for future shoe purchases.

I received my sandals just in time for a warm sunny day (they were on time) ive the grey ones and they go well with leggings/jeggings. I've a huge bunion and collapsed arches and my feet swell in the heat. The sandals have been made for my feet and suit me down to the ground😊. I can adjust the velcro to suit my feet. Another plus is i can do my daily 10,000 steps without getting stones in them.
