Looks Like a LightSaber but Won’t Save the Rebel Alliance
I ordered this lantern to use as a garage workshop light. My old battery powered workshop light kicked the bucket, and I needed a replacement, and the unique features of this light looked like a great fit. The magnetic base means I can hang it from the hood of my vehicles when in the closed position, and when open I can attach the built-in rubbery hook to an s-hook and also suspend it from the underside of the hood.It is a very easy to operate lantern, just push the button to select one of three modes. Holding the button allows you to change the intensity of the illumination in a dimming mode. The red strobe mode is useful in case of vehicular breakdowns on the side of the road, and I am glad that it is rainproof.Pros:- There are three illumination settings: white flashlight, white lantern, and red strobe. The white lantern mode is dimmable. It is very bright at the brightest setting at 750 lumens.- The lantern is made of a polymer housing and appears very sturdy.- On the underside of the base, there is a magnet for attaching it to a vehicle or toolbox.- There is a hanging loop attached to the top of the lantern that is revealed when the illuminated wings are lowered.- It is about 8.5-inches tall with a diameter of just over 1.5-inches. Each illuminated wing is 4-inches long and 1.25-inches wide. The whole lantern weighs 6.5-ounces.- An internal 3500mAh Li-on battery is charged by a USB-C port, which is much better than the outdated micro-USB ports that are still common on so many other rechargeable lights.- It comes with supplied USB-A to USB-C charging cable (but no charging brick is supplied).- It has an IPX5 water resistance rating which means it can be used in the rain, although you may not want to keep it in a sustained downpour, or it may get damaged. It also cannot be submersed in water.- The battery lasts from 3-hours up to 16-hours depending on the brightness intensity and illumination setting.- It has a USB-A port so that it can be used as a battery bank to charge up small electronics.- Four Indicator lights next to the charging port let you know when the battery is charging and when the charging is complete, as well as the state of charge when the lantern is in use.Cons:- It takes a lengthy 3.5-hours to charge back up from empty.- There isn’t a spot to store the charging cord in the lantern to prevent it from being easily lost or misplaced.- It does not appear that the internal rechargeable battery is replaceable if/when it dies one day in the future. I can’t see a way to feasibly access it and replace it; there are some Phillips head screws under the base of the wings, so they might grant access to the battery, or they might just only hold the wings onto the base.- The SOS mode does not actually illuminate an SOS signal, it is just a red strobe.Despite the minor cons, I really like this small lantern for using in my garage. It is bright and durable, and the light really reaches into the crevices of the engine bay because of the illuminated wings. It will also certainly work very well during power outages and both at home or at the campsite. At eighteen bucks, I think it is a good value.

I didn't test this to see how long the battery would last, but I'm a little concerned.
This thing is pretty light weight, meaning the battery isn't that heavy, and I'm not sure how long the battery will last before it needs to be recharged. I would say it's a good idea that it can be used as a power pack, but that battery thing has me a little concerned. The brightness of the lights (the 3 you would use as a lantern) are not too bright, but the flashlight portion is pretty bright. I don't like that they have a rubber loop to hang it with, as most tents only have loops, not hooks, so if your tent or area that you plan to use it doesn't have hooks, then you'll kind of be out of luck. It's still a nice idea and kind of a cool design, because if it wasn't then I probably would have only gone 3 stars instead of 4.

これは明るい
テントの天井に吊るしています。充電ランプ4つ点灯するまで充電すれば、一晩つけっぱなしでも大丈夫でした。3方向にライトを広げられるので、結構明るいと思います。
